Embracing Your Inner CriticSunday, January 13, 1:30 - 4:30 PM
The Inner Critic checks our thoughts, controls our behavior and inhibits action. It thinks it is protecting you from being disliked, hurt or abandoned. Instead, the critical inner voice causes anxiety, depression, exhaustion and low self-esteem. It acts as a powerful saboteur of our intimate relationships. Meet your Inner Critic and learn how to avoid or minimize critic "attacks." Learn how to transform the Inner Critic from crippling adversary to productive ally.

Decoding Your Dreams: How to Use Dreams as Teacher and GuideSunday, April 20, 1:30 - 4:00 PM
There seems to be in the universe, and within each of us, a deeper Intelligence that can be ignited as we begin our journey of personal discovery.
Life in general, and relationship, in particular, can be pretty rough going at times. It can be a source of immense strength (and relief!) to experience divinity as an integral part of our lives and our relationships.
How can we connect to this divine Intelligence? One of the simplest, most fascinating and rewarding places to begin is with dreams. Our dreams give us the most direct experience of this deeper Intelligence.
Dreams can become a primary source of insight and guidance in our lives and our relationships, including providing closure for the “unfinished business” of relationships. Dreams provide clear objective information about what is “off” or not working in our lives and our relationships.
Dreamwork has been an important part of my personal growth journey for many years. I have been fortunate to be mentored in this process by Dr. Hal Stone, who as a young Jungian analyst, was privileged to personally study with Carl Jung himself, the founder of Jungian psychology.
I feel privileged to be a channel for this information and invite you to join me in exploring how you can tap into the divine Intelligence available to us through dreams: * Common themes and symbols in dreams; *The language of dreams, both personal and archetypal, and how to interpret the messages carried by your dreams; *How to use dreamwork to understand and enhance your relationships.
