About Jan Foster
Jan Foster, LPCC, CYI, is an expert in the mind/body connection. Working from her dual backgrounds in yoga and psychology, she enjoys integrating the mental and physical health benefits of yoga and meditation to create complete mind/body wellness.
In her coaching and counseling practice, Jan's approach is collaborative and profoundly non-pathologizing. Jan draws on her practical corporate business experience, powerful mind/body methods and innovative applications of transpersonal psychology to empower people to create choice, freedom and balance in their lives and in their relationships.
Jan was recently nominated to the Kentucky State Board of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a specialty in health psychology. |
